  • 25 days without updates is officially lost.
Seizure definition
  • Official customs seizure record.
  • Clearance cannot be completed.
Our responsibility
  • Free reshipment.
  • Or full refund option.
Evidence
  • Carrier feedback is the only basis.
  • Customers do not need to provide proof.
  • Clearance failure uses carrier or clearance channel records.
Handling speed

  • PO Box is not supported.
