- 20 days without movement starts the plan.
- 25 days without updates is officially lost.

- Clearance cannot be completed.

- Clearance failure uses carrier or clearance channel records.

Address & Delivery Rules

- Use the official format of the destination country or region.
- PO Box is not supported.
- A reachable local phone number is required.
- Address must include street number, street, city, state, ZIP.
Delivery process
- Local courier delivery.

- Safe-place delivery only with customer request or consent.
Wrong address handling
- Before shipping: free change.
- After shipping: attempt reroute.
