- Two-year free warranty.
- Warranty covers functional issues only.
- It does not include cosmetic defects.
Important timing notes
- Cosmetic issues support is limited to 14 days.
- Cosmetic issues do not extend to 30 days.
- Within 30 days, issues refer to functional issues, shipping damage, or wrong model sent.
- After 30 days, functional issues go to the warranty process.

QC Process & Inspection System
Factory initial inspection
Initial inspection is completed at the factory stage.
Warehouse re-inspection
Re-inspection occurs after receiving into stock.
Movement power reserve test
We check movement power reserve performance.
Timekeeping deviation test
We test timekeeping deviation performance.
Appearance inspection
Case shape, dial, indices, and date window are checked.
Strap and clasp structure check
We check strap tightness and clasp structure.
Lume inspection
Lume is checked when applicable.
QC photo and video capture
We capture QC photos and videos for your review.

Shipping is arranged only after your QC confirmation.

Customer confirmation
- Shipping happens only after customer confirmation.
- If you have questions, you can request additional photos.
QC does not do
- No fake “perfect QC”.
- No hiding visible issues.
Inspection transparency
- Inspection items are public: appearance, power reserve, date alignment, lume when applicable.
- Process is public: initial check → re-check → QC.
- Not-pass cases are public: obvious alignment issues and abnormal power reserve.
- QC images are the real item and are not rendered or modified.
